Log cabin Målnes w/guide

Winter season: about 01 November - 20 May (depending on seasonal snow conditions).

The cottage is relatively easily accessible, but is completely located by itself with a sparkling view. Here you become part of the mountain without a single neighbor. Here are the fantastic hiking opportunities we can explore just outside the door all year round. Enjoying the sunset from one of the local peaks is also just as nice all year round. In winter you can combine your trip with a scooter ride if you choose it as a transport to and/or from the cabin.

Close to the cabin there is a fishing lake where we can fish during our stay. There is also a small rowing boat we can use in the summer. Depending on the season there are also opportunities for us to put yarn. If we pack the bag and take a walk, there will also be other opportunities for fishing. In winter, we lie on the ice and try our hand at the trout. Fishing equipment is included.

Maybe we end the evening around the campfire with self-fished trout or other including local food?

The cabin does not have running water or electricity. Cooking and heating takes place with gas/wood burning stove.

Next to the cabin there is a combined tool storage room and outdoor toilet.

The cabin is located in the high mountains. It is therefore important to bring clothes for all weathers. Guests must also bring their own sleeping bags/sheets.

If desired, the packing list of recommended equipment for the trip can be sent out at the time of booking.

You can also choose whether you want food included.

If you are ordering with food, the following meals will be included 1 day: 1 snack, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast / 2 days:1 snack 2 dinners, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts.

If you have allergens or other relevant information in relation to the food, please inform you at the time of ordering.

If you or you wish, I can also document your day with photos. You will then be delivered high-resolution images after completing your trip for your own use so that the memories may live even longer.

Included: Guide, cabin, wood, fishing equipment, fishing license, snacks (or food, photo and scooter transport).

Departure at 10:00 or as desired. Duration approx. 24/48 hours.

Access

Winter: Parking at the end of Lake Tyin. Ski about 3 km along Tyin, then we leave Tyin and go east. The ski trip takes about 2 hours depending on luggage, weather and lead. It is also possible to book a scooter transfer at an additional charge.

3 beds in bunk bed, in addition to 2 beds on sofa bed.

Prices with guide

Day u/mat: 2000,- per person. Max 4000,- per family.

Day with food: 2500,- per person. Max 5000,- per family.

2 days u/mat: 3500,- per person. Max 7000,- per family.

2 days w/food: 4500,- per person. Max 9000,- per family.

Addition photo: 750,- per person. Max 1500,- per family.

Scooter transport winter: 700,- per trip.
