Terms

When booking accommodation, tour or course, the below terms will be applicable as part of the agreement. Therefore, familiarize yourself with these before booking.

Where below prices for accommodation, trips and courses there is a max price per family, family in this context is regarded as a household/core family/couple.

Accommodation:

Bookings are deemed to be confirmed when you have received written confirmation by mail from Opplev Filefjell. Invoice will be sent as soon as possible after booking. Guests are obliged to comply with applicable cabin rules found as a reference to the cabin, including the washing-out of the cottage. In the event of vandalism or omission, guests will be billed for expenses in connection with this after the stay. If guests use a boat connected to the cabin during their stay, they are responsible for using flotation vests and acting responsibly. Guests are under the full stay at their own risk.

Guided tours and courses:

All participation is at the guest's own risk. Guide or Experience Filefjell cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents that occur in the individual. The individual participant shall provide a guide on relevant diseases or other things that may have implications for the safety and implementation of the trip. Guests are responsible for having relevant insurances such as, e.g., cancellation insurance, travel insurance, accident insurance etc. Guests are obliged to follow the guide's instructions.

Cancellation:

If you do not get contact by phone, cancellation shall be made in writing to post@opplevfilefjell.no.

Cancellation accommodation mountain huts:

In case of cancellation 14 days before the first accommodation, a full refund of the amount paid or no invoice is given.

In case of cancellation 14-0 days before the first accommodation is refunded 50% of the paid amount, or invoice 50% of the original amount.

Cancellation guided tours/courses:

In case of cancellation 30 days before the trip/course, a full refund of the amount paid or no invoice is given.

In case of cancellation 30-8 days before the trip/course, 75% of the amount paid, or invoice 25% of the original amount, will be refunded.

In case of cancellation 7-0 days before the trip/course, 50% of the amount paid, or invoice 50% of the original amount, will be refunded.

Experience Filefjell may cancel trips or courses due to illness/injury to guide, bad weather/conditions or other unwanted events. The affected guest should then be contacted as soon as possible. Experience Filefjell refunds the full amount, or no invoice there as such a situation should arise.
